LT Beauty Return Policy.
LT Beauty online customers are offered the right to cancel orders within seven days of receipt of product delivery. LT Beauty will refund the purchase price of the product in full. This applies to products returned in the original (undamaged) packing and unopened only.

Dermalogica as a manufacturer also offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a Dermalogica product supplied by LT Beauty you can return the product to LT Beauty for a full refund.

Please be aware that whilst LT Beauty refund the value of the product the post and packing charges can not be refunded. Furthermore it is the responsibility of our customers to insure and take appropriate steps to guarantee that the product is not lost in the post and returned to LT Beauty within seven days. If your purchase qualified for free delivery and an item or all items are returned, LT Beauty reserve the right to charge the applicable delivery charge.

To receive a refund you must :

1. First notify LT Beauty by sending an email to refunds@LTBeauty.co.uk.

2. The email will need to detail your order number along with the date the items were received and the reason why they are to be returned.

3. LT Beauty will then respond and issue a returns number. The returns number will be associated with the refund issued.

4. Then the item(s) will need to be returned to:

5. The items returned should be unopened (seals not disturbed) with the original packing, copy of the invoice, and accompanying returns email/returns note number.
Within seven days of the return being received your refund will be made.
